Great stay here, two adults, a child, and a dog. Small but cool vintage looking motel, our room was very comfy and surprisingly large. But also - VERY friendly and welcoming staff.

I stayed here with my dog for 4 days and had the loveliest time. On my way up to the hotel, I unfortunately got stung several times by a Yellowjacket and was feeling dizzy and nauseous a day after arriving. Serena was so lovely and got me water, ice, some Benadryl cream, and even offered to drive me to urgent care (which is quite far) if I needed to go. When traveling on your own, it's so lovely to know someone has your back if something goes wrong. I went on several lovely bike rides around the hotel, which was a highlight. There's also a little creek right across the street that I took my dog down to wade around and cool off. I didn't get to use the pool because I was working most days but all the kiddos at the hotel were loving it. About a mile from Phoenicia Diner, which never disappoints. Martin, one of the hotel owners, was so lovely and checked in on me a few times. The rooms are clean and well appointed. And finally, I made a SUPER silly mistake and didn't realize that I booked an extra night. They didn't have to refund me at all...it was my mistake...but they did and I'm so grateful. This is my second time here, and I will be back!

A perfect Catskills getaway — and the kindest staff! I recently stayed at The Graham & Co for a long weekend retreat, and everything about this place exceeded expectations. The vibe is warm, rustic, and effortlessly cool—think vintage motel meets modern cabin, with cozy rooms, firepits , twinkle lights , and thoughtful touches everywhere (even the snack basket was spot-on ). But what really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly nice, friendly, and so accommodating. From helping with logistics to just being genuinely welcoming, every interaction made the stay feel even more special. It’s the kind of place that feels personal, not corporate—and that’s rare these days. Whether you’re here for a quiet reset , a wellness weekend, or just to soak up the Catskills charm , this place delivers. I’ll absolutely be back!

I stayed at Graham & Co for a solo trip over the weekend and it was just what I needed. The room itself was very basic but had all the necessities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I wanted to go on a hike and Martin, one of the owners recommended a really nice hiking trail which I enjoyed. The breakfast was included and they give you a few options to choose from. If you want a cozy, no frills stay then The Graham & Co is your place.

Had the most wonderful stay at The Graham & Co for my birthday. They are so caring and detailed, left me a signed note upon checking into the room which was so thoughtful and appreciated. I wish I would have booked sooner to grab the bungalow room but the Deluxe Single was perfect for two. Once you walk in, there was a nice kitchenette and living room separate from the bedroom. The bathroom is a bit tight, there is only standing room for one person at a time and I wish there was a drying rod/string to hang out wet bathing suits. Not a big deal though, I saw some people drying their suits outside. We visited in the summer and the pool was refreshing. They provide pool towels and floaties. I would love if they would add an ice machine, I felt bad having to ask the front desk to get me a new bucket every day. I think a lot of the reviews were expecting more of a luxury stay because of the price however I feel like the photos online look just like the hotel in real life. The vibes are very rustic, campy and comfortable. Everything was super clean and tidy. I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were all so nice and I appreciated the ability to text them if I needed something. Lastly, if you are picky about pillows, I would either ask for more or bring your own.

The Graham & Co is a truly special slice of the Catskills. The care and attention to detail, from the decor to the amenities, create a perfect, laid-back atmosphere. The reception area, fire pit, coffee setup, and merch selection all feel warm, thoughtful, and welcoming. The hotel is nestled in an idyllic grassy setting with a refreshing pool, just an easy five-minute walk to Phoenicia’s restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel owners curate bbqs and movie nights which encourage the luxurious and friendly summer camp feeling. This was my fourth stay, and I’m already looking forward to many more weekends at the Graham & Co.

A last-minute vacation plan change had us landed at the Graham & Co., and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! For 3 days we hiked in the morning, hung out by the pool and biked along the Ashoken reservoir in the afternoon. The location of Graham & Co. is most perfect, not to mention the owner and staff who made the stay even more enjoyable! Keep up the good work because we will be back

Stayed in the bunkhouse with my 7 year old. We loved the pool and grounds. They have fires in the evening, and you can use bikes for sightseeing (adult sizes only). I personally wouldn’t choose the bunk rooms again; mostly due to metal bunks being very noisy and shifting easily under weight. Phoenicia diner is close by as a meal option. They do not have food on site beyond snacks. Reception can be spotty, so enter your destination prior to departure from grounds.
